It’s a lot.   Co-Host: It really is. And you know, just like in a river, it’s not enough to just stay afloat in the business world.    Main Host: Exactly. If you’re going to make it, truly thrive. You need a plan, right? You got to be strategic about how you’re going to navigate those rapids, use those currents to your advantage.    Co-Host: Couldn’t agree more.   Main Host: Which leads us to growth strategy. (0:36) And that’s why we’re diving deep into this company, Strategy Achievers.    Co-Host: Good one to deep dive into for sure.   Main Host: What really got me about them, you know, what sparked my interest was how they ditched that whole one size fits all approach to growth.    Co-Host: Yeah.    Main Host: They’re all about helping businesses tap into what they’re already good at, their strengths, and using that to build a path forward. It’s a really interesting approach.   Co-Host: It is. What I find fascinating about Strategy Achievers is how they define growth. They’re not just talking about getting bigger, expanding rapidly for the sake of it.    Main Host: Right, right.    Co-Host: It’s more about what they call growing with purpose, sustainable growth, the kind that stays true to a company’s core, you know, their identity.   Main Host: Going with purpose. Love that. And it’s so true, right? What’s the point of explosive growth if you lose sight of what made you special in the first place? Co-Host: Exactly! Main Host: You just become, I don’t know, like a diluted version of your former self. Co-Host: And that, my friend, can be disastrous, especially these days. Brand authenticity. It’s everything. Main Host: Totally. Co-Host: Consumers, they’re savvy. They can sniff out a phony a mile away. So if your growth doesn’t align with your values, if it clashes with your brand, your message is going to fall flat. Main Host: You’ll lose those customers who were drawn to what you stood for in the first place. Co-Host: You got it. Main Host: It’d be like, imagine your favorite little independent bookstore, you know, that cozy neighborhood vibe. Co-Host: I love those. Main Host: Suddenly, they’re trying to be like the big guys, slashing prices, going all in on online sales. Just doesn’t feel right, does it? Co-Host: Not at all. Loses its charm. Main Host: They’d be much better off playing to their strengths, right? Posting author events, book clubs, things that really use that unique atmosphere they have. Co-Host: Now you’re talking. It’s about understanding what makes a business special and then finding ways to amplify that. Main Host: Stay true to yourself. That’s sustainable growth. Authenticity. Co-Host: Yeah. Main Host: So speaking of staying true to yourself while trying to ride those market currents, how does Strategy Achievers actually help businesses find that balance? Staying authentic while still making those smart growth moves. Co-Host: It all starts with understanding the business ecosystem. And they have this, well, it sounds a little intimidating at first, but it’s actually really cool. They use something called a competitive ecosystem map. Main Host: Okay. A competitive ecosystem map. Painting a picture for us here. What does that even look like? Co-Host: Imagine your business right there in the center. And all around it, you’ve got everything. Every key player that influences your success all laid out visually. Main Host: Okay. I’m starting to see it. Give me some examples. Who are the players in this ecosystem? Co-Host: Well, you’ve got your direct competitors, obviously, but it goes way beyond that. Think indirect competitors, suppliers, customers, even regulatory bodies and cultural trends—everything. They analyze how all these pieces interact, how they influence your specific market. Main Host: It’s like a giant web of interconnectedness. Co-Host: You could say that again. Main Host: Which reminds me, one of the sources we looked at said something like, “Change is the only constant,” and it seems like Strategy Achievers really takes that to heart. Co-Host: Oh, absolutely. They’re not about locking themselves or their clients into these rigid, long-term plans. Main Host:

Today we’re diving into something I think a lot of us struggle with, how to grow a business authentically and make a real impact, you know. We’re looking at excerpts from Pasted Text, and they highlight this company called Strategy Achievers. They’ve got this super interesting approach to PR and organic growth.   Co-Host: Yeah, they’re really on to something.   Main Host: And it all boils down to this, forget the quick wins and the gimmicks.   Co-Host: Right, right.   Main Host: It’s about building real authority by connecting with the people you serve.   Co-Host: And that’s where Strategy Achievers really stands out. The way they define organic growth is fascinating.   Main Host: How so?   Co-Host: It’s not just about getting bigger for the sake of it, it’s about making a genuine impact. Ah. And crucially, an impact that aligns with your core values, which, let’s be honest, is probably why you’re listening to this deep dive in the first place.   Main Host: Absolutely. We all want to build something that lasts.   Co-Host: Yeah, and Strategy Achievers is all about that long-term vision. They reject those shortcuts and manipulative tactics that we see.   Main Host: So they’re playing the long game. But how do they actually make it happen? They talk a lot about purposeful PR, which, I have to admit, sounds a little, well, buzzwordy.   Co-Host: I get it.   Main Host: What does that even mean in practice?   Co-Host: It’s a good question, and especially in a world that’s completely saturated with marketing messages, right? Right. Like, how can PR actually cut through the noise and do it authentically?   Main Host: That’s the million-dollar question. Yeah. Everyone’s trying to stand out.   Co-Host: Yeah, exactly. Strategy Achievers sees PR. as this bridge between a company’s vision and its audience. It’s about building trust and understanding.   Main Host: Not just hyping things up.   Co-Host: Exactly. No hype. Take, for example, one of their clients, a sustainable clothing brand. Now, instead of just sending out press releases about their new collection, Strategy Achievers actually took the time to connect them with journalists and influencers.   Main Host: People who were already passionate about ethical fashion.   Co-Host: Yeah, people who genuinely care.   Main Host: So they found the right audience.   Co-Host: And the result was incredible. Like, in-depth. In-depth articles and features that really spoke to their target market. It wasn’t just about getting their name out there. It was about starting a conversation.   Main Host: And building a community.   Co-Host: A community around shared values, which I think is so powerful.   Main Host: That’s a great example. It shows how the right kind of PR can actually make a real difference.    Co-Host: Yeah.    Main Host: It’s not just about any visibility. It’s about connecting with the right people in a way that feels, well, genuine.  Co-Host: Absolutely.   It’s got to feel real. Okay.   Main Host: So we’re seeing how targeted PR can be effective. But let’s get a little more specific. What are some of the actual strategies Strategy Achievers uses to make this kind of impact? I know they emphasize something called purposeful media relations, which seems like a key part of their approach.    Co-Host: Definitely. And it’s not about trying to get their clients into just any publication. It’s about being really intentional about building meaningful relationships with the right outlets.   Main Host: So it’s quality over quantity.    Co-Host: Exactly. Think about it this way. Would you rather have a tiny little blurb in some random publication that your audience doesn’t even read?   Main Host: Or a thoughtful feature in a publication they really trust and value?    Co-Host: Yeah. There’s no contest there.   Main Host: Makes total sense. It’s about reaching the right people in a way that feels credible and, again, authentic. But I’m guessing it can’t just be about media relations, right? What are some of the other strategies they use to build this, what do they call it, real authority?   Co-Host: You got it. Another key strategy they highlight is authentic Storytelling.   Main Host: Which, okay, I know we hear that phrase a lot these days.    Co-Host: Yeah. It can sound a bit cliche, but it’s something so many businesses get wrong, you know? They get so caught up in features and benefits, they forget to tell the story.   Main Host: The

And welcome back for another deep dive.    Co-Host: Glad to be here    Main Host: today. We’re getting into something. I think we all struggle with a bit.    Co-Host: Oh, yeah. Definitely.    Main Host: Making those big goals a reality.    Co-Host: Turning vision into action, right?    Main Host: Yeah. And we found this great Forbes article called, How do you align your vision with action?   So, I think this will be a good one to really dig into and see what we can learn.    Co-Host: Absolutely. Yeah. I think there’s some really good stuff in here. And for example, like right off the bat, it talks about visualization. Yeah. You know, it’s really picturing yourself.     Main Host: So not just like vision board.    Not just vision board.   Co-Host: Yeah. It’s about going deeper than that. It’s about engaging all your senses. You know, what does success feel like? What does it smell like? What does it even taste like?    Main Host: You know, the more vividly you can imagine it, the more real it becomes in your mind. And that can be so motivating.    Co-Host: Yeah, I can see how that would make it feel more attainable, you know, like something you could actually reach for.   Main Host: Exactly. But daydreaming isn’t enough.    Co-Host: No, definitely not. The article really emphasizes that action is crucial for turning vision into reality. In fact, it uses this example of like tripling sales in six months.     Main Host: Okay. So a pretty ambitious goal.    Co-Host: Yeah. You’re not going to do that by just like, you know, sitting on your couch. Hoping for the best.    Main Host: Yeah. Exactly. So it’s about taking action.    Co-Host: Okay. So what kind of action?     Main Host: It digs deeper and says it’s not just about any action. It’s about action that’s aligned with your core values.    Co-Host: Okay. So now we’re getting to the heart of it.    Main Host: Yes.  Because I think so many of us, you know, we feel pulled in so many directions and we’re trying to achieve all these things.   Co-Host: Yeah.    Main Host: That might not even really be that important to us.    Co-Host: That’s exactly it. And then the article talks about how important it is to know yourself before you even dive into plans and goals.    Main Host: Okay.    Co-Host: It’s about identifying your non-negotiables, those values that are fundamental to you.    Main Host: So before we even start setting these goals, we need to figure out what matters.   Co-Host: What matters to you?    Main Host: Is it spending time with family? Is it, you know, pursuing some creative passion?    Co-Host: Exactly.    Main Host: Is it, you know, having a positive impact on my community?    Co-Host: Maybe it’s about prioritizing your own well-being. And yeah,  like, making sure you have time for exercise or meditation or just relaxing and recharging.   Main Host: Okay.    Co-Host: Whatever it is for you. That’s the first step.    Main Host: So it’s like laying the foundation before you start building the house.    Co-Host: Exactly.    Main Host: But then how do we actually connect those values to our vision?    Co-Host: Well that’s where this key question comes in from the article. It says, does the vision I’m creating align with my values?   Why am I starting this business? What do I hope to achieve?    Main Host: Hmm. Yeah. Yeah.    Co-Host: So it’s about holding your vision up against your values and seeing if there’s a genuine match.    Main Host: So it’s like a gut check.    Co-Host: Yeah.    Main Host: Like, if your vision’s pulling you in one direction and your values are pulling you in another, that’s a sign that something needs to shift.   Co-Host: Exactly. And, you know, I think this is a good point for a listener to maybe pause for a second. Just reflect, like, what are your core values? What matters most
